Let´s check out the validity of some beliefs; its truthfulness according to a scientific and logical point of view . This belief must be laid out as an hypothesis.

We are two students at Mondragon University and we are doing a project about how irrational beliefs affect us to behave in certain ways, and as future teachers we would like to prepare ourselves emotionally as well as professionally.
